Customer Price Level

I wan to check if there is any tutorial, for Customer price level in which :
* Create a custom field for the Customer , that contains the price level(already done)
* Add a price definition for all the price levels, and fill them will prices(already done)
* Create a set of actions and rules , to organize the price level switching between each customer
example 1 = open ticket --> add items to the ticket --> choose a customer --> the system should recalculate the whole orders according to the customer's price level
example 2 = open ticket --> choose a customer -->add items to the ticket(with the price level of the customer) --> remove the customer --> the system should recalculate the whole orders according to the default price level
* Also i want to make the items are taxable or not , according to the price levels

i want a solution that work on both V3 & V4
