Meal deal style discount? (Used for entry into softplay)

I need a zero priced Adult button so we can count the amount of adults coming into the soft play, which I assume is easy anyway as there shouldn't be any Zero orders as they WILL be coming in with kids.

Under 1's are free with Under 2s and Over 2's. So I need the till to discount the under 1's when under 2s and over 2s are selected on the tills aswel?

Bit like a meal deal I suppose in tesco?
